It might not have been so bad if not for the nipples. The terrible, terrible nipples. Worthy of a reprimand?
Dress Code: Members should dress appropriately which has traditionally been considered to include a coat and tie for male Members and appropriate attire for female Members. Members should not wear overcoats or hats on the Floor while the House is in session. There is no eating, drinking, or smoking is permitted. The use of personal electronic equipment, including cellular telephones and laptop computers, is banned on the Floor of the House (clause 5 of Rule XVII).
Serious question: Is this a prank? It’s his last term in Congress and he’s known for his sense of humor. Maybe he got up this morning, decided he wanted to do something he’d never done before, and settled on “no bra today.” Remember him fondly, my friends.

Could be worse. At least the male Member’s male member is securely zipped in.
Well, at least he didn’t show up in a hospital gown and bend over exposing his love-hole and ask if anyone wanted “to take a ride down the ol’ love canal.”
Life sags, but that’s not important. His slovenly disregard is the matter not to mention his poor choice of attire.
If he grows his hair out a little more, he’ll look like Madeleine Albright. Seems like Barney is going to be Beverly by the time he retires.
These are two of the most disturbing things I’ve ever seen.
Actually, this says a lot about the people in Massachusetts who vote him to represent them 15 times !!
He is a rude, ugly person.... habituated into ugly, dehumanizing, demeaning acts and calls lust and dysfunction— “love”—his worldview is disgusting—what do you expect from such a sick warped mind.
