The one judge in the 9th Circuit that might have given both AZ’s immigration bill and eligibility bill a fair hearing was dead 8 seconds after a bullet hit his aorta in a shooting by a guy who was very familiar with mind control techniques; his alleged “target” is recovering well, but the one federal judge that Abercrombie had alluded to when he said that Obama’s eligibility issue was going to be a problem for the next election because of state eligibility bills.... was dead immediately.
I thought I kept up with the birther business but I don’t remember hearing about this. Who was the judge and where can I learn more?
Why not just bus the illegals to Mexico? What special federal law prevents a state from deporting?
Judge John Roll was killed in the attack allegedly intended to assassinate Gabby Giffords. Giffords is recovering well - thank God - but Judge Roll died within 8 seconds (according to an expert in this subject here on FR)from a shot to his aorta.
Jared Loughner, the shooter, was apparently a troubled young man but he was also very aware of mind-control techniques. I’ve read that the military base where he had tried to get accepted into the military is where they test mind-control warfare techniques such as microwaves. Those who have been trained as assassins strongly suspect something was fishy about what happened with Loughner. They say the mind-control techniques used to create assassins mimic schizophrenia so that those who have stories to tell are considered to be non-credible/crazy if they ever come out with their stories. That the military has developed this technology is an already-acknowledged fact.
I was glued to my computer in the days after that shooting, and what struck me immediately was how the official stories didn’t add up. It’s been a long time and I’m not sure if I can find the links I had, but I’m pretty sure that Judge Roll’s family said he went to that event after he received a phone call about it - which contradicts Sheriff Dupnik’s adamant claims about how that morning transpired. IIRC Roll’s friends strongly suspect that he was the real intended target that day.
The shooting happened right around the same time that HI Gov Neil Abercrombie made a big bluster about finding a way to make Obama’s birth certificate public, since it was going to be a problem with the state eligibility bills that were pending. At the time he said that the only state that definitely had an eligibility bill on the docket for the legislature was AZ. If that eligibility bill was passed (and it later was) and signed into law by Gov Brewer (she balked on that) the DOJ had threatened to challenge it in court.
And guess who would probably have heard that case? Judge John Roll, who has a reputation of being as straight as an arrow - incorruptible. Unlike the other eligibility judges, almost all of whom have engaged in some kind of blatant ethics breaches in association with the eligibility cases.
And shortly after the shooting Abercrombie let loose to his friend, Mike Evans, the fact that they don’t have a birth certificate for Obama. Abercrombie implied the same thing to a Star-Advertiser columnist, who published a report on it around that time also. According to that report, Abercrombie said the eligibility issue wasn’t just politics but there was real substance there because of the state eligibility bills that could be passed - and he implied that what Hawaii has - something “actually written down”, according to the investigation trying to find Obama’s records - would not convince skeptics that Obama was born in HI. That was published in the Star-Advertiser.
So just as Abercrombie was finding out there was a problem with Obama’s records and the state eligibility bills could be a major, major problem for Obama, the ethical judge who would have heard the DOJ’s challenge to AZ’s eligibility bill was shot in the aorta after receiving a call reminding him to come to Giffords’ event - shot by a guy who was known to the military base which conducts experiments on techniques used to train assassins.
Incidentally, another guy who was there that day, and who was later arrested at a hearing about the incident because he made threats against conservatives, was also into mind-control techniques which he claimed were associated with the time he served in the military. Not a real common subject but 2 violent people associated with that event were into mind-control.
Sheriff Dupnik immediately told lies about why Judge Roll was even there, Napolitano immediately said it was a Tea Party person who did it, and the media immediately started to blame Sarah Palin and push for gun control. When questions arose as to who the intended target actually was, the FBI suddenly found a document where Loughner allegedly made it clear that his target was Giffords, even though Loughner was apolitical.
I need to get ready for music practice. Like a lot of things associated with Obama, when I saw the discrepancies I went Hmmm... posted my suspicions, and then dropped it because people who haven’t dealt with the criminals covering for Obama would assume it’s a far-fetched theory. After the death of Brian Terry and now what they’re trying to do to Sheriff Joe, most sane people should see that nothing is too evil or criminal for these people to do. And as I said before, the existence of these techniques is an acknowledged fact.
The sum of it all is that though nothing can be proven, it is a fact that Abercrombie and the Obama folks were focusing on the state eligibility bills. It is a fact that the only one definitely on the docket was Arizona’s. It is a fact that the DOJ planned to challenge it in federal court if it was passed. I believe it would have been Judge Roll who would have heard that case. It is a fact that Roll is known for having great integrity. And it is a fact that he was killed instantly by a shot to the aorta - one of just a couple really accurate, really deadly hits in that rampage. It is also a fact that there were lots of discrepancies in the stories that were told - particularly by Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, who very clearly had a political agenda friendly to Obama.
If you Google the issue I’m sure you can find more as well.
Something else that bears attention is the fact that almost exactly 3 months after Judge Roll’s death, the Obama administration revealed that it was targeting al-Awlaki, a US citizen. The DOJ had issued a memorandum based on a time of analysis and the unanimous agreement of Obama’s lawyers that there are no legal issues with the government assassinating US citizens. Obama refuses to disclose the memo stating the legal reasoning, but if the public announcement was 3 months after Roll’s death the “legal analysis” and memo could well have existed at the time of Roll’s death.
Judge Roll was killed at a time the Obama people had made it publicly clear that they were afraid of AZ’s eligibility bill and would challenge it to Judge Roll, by a deadly-accurate shot from a guy known as unstable to the military base that tests assassination techniques on people who they could eventually pass off as schizo - a guy who was himself familiar with mind-control techniques. And then 3 months later Obama reveals that DOJ lawyers say it’s fine for the government to assassinate US citizens.
Now we find out that the same DOJ that has no problem with assassinating US citizens also has no problem with arming the very same drug cartel that has issued a million dollar reward for anybody who kills Sheriff Arpaio, who has initiated an investigation into Obama’s eligibility. Border patrol agent Brian Terry was considered “collateral damage” to the political ends of the DOJ, according to THEIR OWN RECORDED STATEMENTS.
The motive, ability, and supposed legal justification were all demonstrably present for Judge Roll to be assassinated. The timing was very suspect, as were the discrepancies in the stories and coverup, as well as the investigation being presided over by the FBI (who was complicit in covering up ATF and DOJ wrong-doing in Brian Terry’s death) and by Sheriff Dupnik (who told outright lies about what transpired that morning and was a very blatant Obama dupe, using the issue for political purposes).
Like I said, I can’t prove anything. But just like the eligibility issue, there is stink all over Judge Roll’s death, and in a just world there would be an investigation by credible law enforcement so we could believe we’re not being played for suckers. Unfortunately, we are seeing over and over and over again that the people who are supposed to be enforcing the law are instead using their position for sheerly political purposes while preventing any earnest investigation of critical issues and potentially devastating crimes.
