If they track him carefully, they can take him out over an unpopulated area. ;) I know... I'm wrong, fundamentally wrong.

They’re always putting coats of radar absorbing paint on those stealth planes, so I hope Rudolph is wearing a sweater so they can keep track.

As my Grandma would say “Before the A and the T”. Sorry, she always said that to me as a child when I ended a sentence with AT.

Santa better have plenty of anti-aircraft protection with him. Under the current Izlumic arab muslin administration, he might get shot down by an missile.

NORAD says Santa hasn't yet started his journey. That actually makes sense. When my kids were youngsters, he never made it to my house 'til after midnight on Christmas morning.

He managed to give my kids their due by about two A.M. every Christmas.

To this day, I don't know how he did it. I became darned tired every year watching for him. Somehow he managed to deliver all those "things-affairs-matters-situations," even those that required construction, when my kids and I were asleep.

The two greatest gifts he ever delivered were (1) The George-Reeves-Superman-Suit Santa gave me in about 1957, and (2) numerous flashlights starting about then and for all time.

Oh, somehow he obtained a jackknife from my grandfather to give me that tied for the greatest gift of all time. I was seven at the time.

Bad news; Santa’s stuck in bed with a cold. We’re all gonna have to do Christmas this year on our own.

There’s a cable movie saved on my DVR where Santa gets shot down as a UFO and is then found by some kids. I can’t remember the name but I’ll look it up when I get home from my in-laws tonight.

There has got to be a better quality Santa Tracker than this one.

Does anyone have ANY other links that are better?

Don't want to try shooting down Santa Claus. South Park showed what would happen in "Red Sleigh Down." Trust me, you don't want THOSE results!

Been having fun taking a look at where Santa is at. Right now, he has just went by Dublin, Ireland. That means Santa is ready to do the long Atlantic crossing to America.

For more than 50 years, NORAD and its predecessor, the Continental Air Defense Command (CONAD) have tracked Santa’s flight.

The tradition began in 1955 after a Colorado Springs-based Sears Roebuck & Co. advertisement for children to call Santa misprinted the telephone number. Instead of reaching Santa, the phone number put kids through to the CONAD Commander-in-Chief’s operations "hotline." The Director of Operations at the time, Colonel Harry Shoup, had his staff check the radar for indications of Santa making his way south from the North Pole. Children who called were given updates on his location, and a tradition was born.

In 1958, the governments of Canada and the United States created a bi-national air defense command for North America called the North American Aerospace Defense Command, also known as NORAD, which then took on the tradition of tracking Santa.

Since that time, NORAD men, women, family and friends have selflessly volunteered their time to personally respond to phone calls and emails from children all around the world. In addition, we now track Santa using the Internet. Millions of people who want to know Santa’s whereabouts now visit the NORAD Tracks Santa website.

Finally, media from all over the world rely on NORAD as a trusted source to provide updates on Santa’s journey.
