He recently “retired” so that he can collect more than $90,000 a year from the state pension plan on top of his $150,000-a-year salary as governor. It’s a scam. It may be legal but it is unethical

In reality it is both legal and ethical, but for someone running for president, it is unbelievably obtuse. how the hell did this idiot think he would justify this to his unemployed and hard-up voters?

Yes, and after making their "undocumented purchases" many of them go back to their hood to make tax exempt discount "undocumented sales", to procure "undocumented cash" (which is tax free, and does not affect government benefits) to purchase their "undocumented pharmaceuticals" from their neighborhood "undocumented Pharmacist".
