According to the latest Gallup tracking poll, more Americans approve of the job that President Obama is doing than disapprove for the first time since this summer.

The latest Gallup survey shows that 47 percent of Americans now say they approve of the way that President Obama is handling his job. This is a 5 percent improvement since the Dec. 16-18 Gallup survey and marks the first time the president's numbers have been in positive territory since July. The number of Americans who say they disapprove of Obama's job performance has fallen to 45 percent, down 5 points from Dec. 16-18.

I pray to God every single morning and night that obama (even his last name doesn’t deserved to be capitalized!) will get tossed out of office next year. But I’m worried that the feud between the conservative and establishment factions of the GOP will divert attention away from what is at stake here.

I just wish everyone would put aside all of the petty fights and unite together to defeat this Marxist community organizer and rest of his minions in the White House and Congress! We cannot let them take advantage of a bitterly divided GOP and run away with the crimes and misdemeanors they’ve committed in the past 3 years!

This means what we're all dancing around arguing about 47 or 42%, or 38% approval ratings: there's roughly 4-in-10 (40%) out there who after all the failure this idiot has demonstrated, still think he's doing a good job.

All this excitement over tiny swings around 40-45% is like getting excited over whether your favorite lounger floats or sinks when your house is six feet underwater.
