That leaves us with Romney and Bachmann as the candidates with the strongest, most conservative positions on illegal immigration. As wonderful as Michele Bachmann is, 2012 isn't the year to be trying to make a congresswoman the first woman president.

Massive legal and illegal immigration has already so changed the California electorate that no Republican can be elected statewide anymore. Not so long ago, this was a state that produced great Republican governors and senators like Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, S.I. Hayakawa and Pete Wilson.**sigh**
Sheesh, Ann, is there nothing Romney cannot do?
I disagree 2012 is exactly the year to make anyone smarter than PeeWee Herman President of the United States.. which don’t include Zero Obama..
Proof positive that a beautiful face and a glib wit are not sure indicators of good judgement.
She entirely MISSES the foundational, philosophical significance of this election!
Ann Who?
She was a Bush supporter for eight years. I don’t care who she’s supporting now.
Does Mitt Romney have a position on illegal immigration?????
Sigh* is right. Ann can be so right on so many other things but in this case she has bought into the 40/40/20 percent, must have a centrist canidate, vote system and can’t seem to understand this election is about the reputation of B0-The-ZerO. Swinging the socalled 20% moderates and independents is not what is going to win this election it is about principles and using those principles to come up with practical solutions to our problems. It is all about mobilizing WE the TEA Party not the center.
As much as I used to like to read/listen to Ann, I just can’t get past the fact that she used to date that worthless POS Bill Maher.
Makes you wonder, is Romney already a god??
Or Christie’s. I feel sorry for her. Something snapped.
Please seek help, Ann -from a fan who has bought ALL of your books.
This is getting embarrassing.
It’s one thing to be settling for Romney due to the (false) belief that he is the “most electable”.
But for Ann to continue to try and sell Romney as some conservative stalwart is baffling.
Your 15 minutes are up Ann, go away.
One of us has moved to an alternate reality...
Obamacare is based on Romneycare. For Romney to appeal Obamacare it would require an admission by Romney that Romneycare was a huge mistake and fundamentally flawed. What are the chances of that... Instead he's going to want to tinker with it because he believes, like all good leftest, that he can make it work where all others have failed...
‘Does Mitt Romney have a position on illegal immigration?????”
Depends on who he is talking to!!
