(CBS/WMAZ) BATAVIA, N.Y. According to CBS affiliate WMAZ, Jacquetta Simmons, 26, was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, says State Police Trooper Tracy Patterson. Simmons faces the second count because the victim, 70-year-old Grace Suozzi, is over 65. On Sunday, Simmons was reportedly still being held in Genesee County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Patterson said Simmons had receipts for everything in her bags, WMAZ reports.

No worries. I’ve seen the perp pic in another article posted on FR.
This is just another DIVERSITY ON THE RAMPAGE ping brought to you by Obama, Holder, and Leftists everywhere!
She was just inflicting some social justice on Mrs. McCrackerhonkey for all the racism felt by Jaquetta over the years. This completely negates any need for a hate crimes charge.
“Ever been to BJ’s or Sam’s Club?”
No... I’m one of those distrustful ‘hicks’ who gets offended while exiting a store only to have a ‘greeter’ walk over to me asking for the receipt for the merchandise I just purchased. At one time I used to be offended. Now I view such as an affront upon our Liberties.
Now who do we need as a constultant on all of that shrinkage?
“I wont go into a Walmart because of those stupid greeters at the door!
The couple of times I did going in i told them to get out of my face and go to hell!”
WOW, that’s pretty harsh. They are usually elderly people that are there just to welcome shoppers, sometimes offering answers to generic questions.
Im one of those distrustful hicks who gets offended while exiting a store only to have a greeter walk over to me asking for the receipt for the merchandise I just purchased.
I can let my cart full of valuable purchases sit unwatched while I enjoy a slice of pizza before leaving, knowing that no one can leave with my cart, because the receipt is in my pocket.
None of my liberties are offended by this private company protecting my property for me.
I’m 75 and those old bastards had better keep out of my face and if they say helo or what ever i will give them a mouthfull of language I would get banned for here!!!
“Now who do we need as a constultant on all of that shrinkage?”
Silly You, the Government of course!
I thought it was George Costanza!

You obviously have severe anger management issues. You need to seek help from a mental health professional. Seriously.
“I thought it was George Costanza!”

TRY leaving a Costco store without someone looking over your cart of goods VS your receipt.......
Standard procedure.
Never seems to bother those shoppers & they PAY for the priviledge of shopping there in the first place.

No excuse for the assault.
Just wondering; Once an individual pays for their shopping items and receives a receipt, are not said items property of the individual?

You are right, there is no excuse for the assault. And said items are yours but should the store give up the right to know that a shopper actually paid for the items?
When you shop at Costco they check your receipt against purchases. Should we punch them too?
There's isn't a hate crime in here but I can guess her defense. 400 years of oppression caused her to do it because the greeter, a shill for WalMart, reminded her of the injustices that she faces with having slave blood.
Maybe you should get together with Jacquetta.
Are you not aware that these jobs are usually given to mentally or physically impaired individuals? This position was created specifically to give these unfortunates a JOB.
I'll second what faucetman said. When I was in R&D I helped set up a line at the local handicapped shelter to do some simple assemblies. Most of these people were thrilled to have a real job.
Feel the love...
