...”The Minimum Wage was never intended to support a family of four. Its true purpose was to set a floor on the wage scale for Entry Workers like myself fifty years ago.”...
Exactly. If a man is trying to support a family of 4 on the minimum wage, I submit said man must be well below average intelligence, is unambitious, unreliable, uneducated, and generally lackadaisical. He really has NO BUSINESS having a “family of four” as he is not capable of supporting it. This woe-is-me thinking is what has put the USA onto the entitlement footing in which 47% of Americans have no net IRS tax liability. It explains the ascent of Barack Obama and the democrat left.
“And what if the targeted religious right reciprocates against religious members of the left? Where are we heading then Mr. Lear- ya friggin’ dumbass?”
“Friggin dumbass” is too tame; more like a psychotic, adolescent, childish little punk who grew up in a hothouse of hatred.
IMHO
As for Mr. Lear’s reference to James Dobson, It is my fervent belief that every hospital should be required to give out Dr. Dobsonâs book âDare to Discipline with each birth. Would change our Left leaning country.
Liberal scriptwriters are very adept at sneaking lib messages into their scripts. I was watching this horrible lawyer show last night, Harry’s Law (my wife’s choice), and in the course of cross-examining some witness, the prosecutor mentioned that some people might engage in kidnapping due to the “growing wealth disparity” in the country. Just like that. It’s a neverending onslaught of lib lies and misinformation.
It started with the Clinton's as they also are Saul Alinsky scholars. Accuse others of what you in fact are doing. It is called projecting and the dems are the best at it.
All those who believe the minimum wage accomplishes something positive should be asked why don’t we just pass a law saying that all employees should be able to specify what they wish to earn per hour and their employee is required to pay it. That way we would never have to worry about raising the minimum wage again.
