Not big on resolutions but this coming year, I’m focusing hard on my health. After great improvement during 2010, it went downhill again after an incident that Christmas. Time to suck it up, push away the fears, and just be extra attentive to my medical condition while working out. Worked out four times this week, three in the gym. D@mn, it feels so good to be back in there again!
