ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Bernalillo County Sheriff's Deputies have charged Juan Galindo, 37, for the rape and death of his girlfriend's 1-month-old infant daughter.

Deputies say around 4:00 this morning, family members called 911 from a home in the 1900 block of Lake Southwest.

When deputies arrived, they found the baby girl already dead. Medical investigators were also called to the scene.

I’m nursing my five month old, while browsing FR on my phone (gotta start them young) and I can’t wrap my head around this. I just can’t believe it, no one could actually do this. No human anyway.....

If I were this precious baby’s mother I’d make sure this rabid animal didn’t ever have the opportunity to do this again!

This precious baby’s mother should be sitting in the sob’s lap as he gets the electric chair

You are most welcome Lenny. I don’t think it is too fair that you were treated as though you were the perp here.

This story is an outrage and people should know that scum like this walk among them.

Burying your head in the sand only helps people like this get away with it.

Have good New Year and sorry you were treated bad.

It was left out of the KOB story(ies) also. KOB usually isn’t too shy about throwing those tidbits out there.

(BTW, I had already linked that article, went and looked myself. Just try to avoid jumping to that conclusion when it comes to any news out of NM).

It’s inhuman - I’m wondering how many other victims this pedophile may have out in the world. If he’d rape a 4 week old he’d rape other young girls.

Enjoy your baby! They are so wonderful and I really miss the days when our 2 were young.

I agree about hanging it in her office, but she’d have tons of excuses like he just came here to make a better life for himself and got so frustrated he turned to drugs, etc.

Always seems to be excuses for these kinds of animals.

I see no reason why the thread should have been pulled! I didn’t see your story Lenny but I’m glad someone reposted it. We have a right to know these things are going on and I cannot see why it wouldhave been pulled down.

If someone called you names, that’s telling me they have their own problems, not you. Obviously something about this story touched a nerve in those people. Sorry it happened to you.

unfortunately more proof that Evil permeates this world of sin. That Satan is the god of this earth.

2 Corinthians 4:4 New International Version (NIV)
The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

2 Corinthians 4:4 American Standard Version (ASV)
in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn upon them.

2 Corinthians 4:4 King James Version (KJV)
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel

2 Corinthians 4:4 Young’s Literal Translation (YLT)
in whom the god of this age did blind the minds of the unbelieving, that there doth not shine forth to them the enlightening of the good news of the glory of the Christ, who is the image of God

2 Corinthians 4:4 Worldwide English (New Testament) (WE)
The god of this world has covered their minds so they cannot see. They cannot see with their minds the light of the good news of Christ. They cannot see how bright and wonderful Christ is. He is just like God himself.

2 Corinthians 4:4 GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
The god of this world has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. As a result, they don’t see the light of the Good News about Christ’s glory. It is Christ who is God’s image.

Over and over again, regardless of translation, Satan is the god of this earth, world, age, etc. Those of you non believers, how do you explain a case like this without EVIL?

Evil is real, Satan is real, God is real. There is no other explanation.

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

I agree with you Mr.K.

I live in Albuquerque and have since 9/2002. I am sick and tired of reading stories about all the things illegals are doing in this city and country.

Almost every day on the radio during rush hour you hear about hit and runs that happen - wonder who that would be? Maybe illegals that don’t have car insurance?

A friend of ours had his brand new truck stolen out of his driveway - it wouldn’t fit in his garage - and with the OnStar system was quickly located. It was in the possession of an illegal immigrant and was being painted, 3 hours after being stolen!

Isn’t that funny. I left Albuquerque in February, 2002. I couldn’t keep living in that region anymore. I was tired of the cultural cesspool that was central NM. Tired of having my home broken into. Tired of being scared to drive down the street, never walking. Looks like you have been enjoying the further decline, after 8 years of Richardson and cronies, and Marty Chavez.

My husband came here in April ‘02 to take a job at Kirtland as he’d retired from the AF in Montana and had trouble finding a decent paying job. I joined him when our house was finished being built and after I helped get the hotel I managed through the busy summer season. Now I’m out of town typically 5 days a week, sometimes up to 2 weeks so I miss the worst of it.

We also have the Armed Response Team monitoring out alarm which helps as we’ve had 1 false alarm and they were out here within 5 minutes, gun drawn. That helps make me feel more secure.

But yes, things were badly damaged in NM by Richardson and his cronies that still hold power. Chavez didn’t help either. Hopefully Susana Martinez can get more Rs in the legislature for next year and can get more cooperation. She’s trying to do a good job and is mostly succeeding.

This kind of story is the most repulsive thing imaginable.

I was telling Lenny that I knew a lady who was a cop for a very short time.

She got called on a run that was quite similar. She knew then that she was not going to be able to handle something like this and go on. She soon quit and sold insurance.

A sad tale that should tell us what we are dealing with out there. It ain’t pretty.

I was reading that thread yesterday, and constantly refreshing it to see new comments.

Pretty soon the part you added to the title, saying the perp ws illegal, was removed.

So I was looking for anything in the article that said he was illegal, and there was no mention of it.

I kept refreshing looking for some proof of that statement, and no you did not post any proof on that thread.

I'm pretty sure I saw all the comments, because I was constantly refreshing and think I saw all the comments before it said it was pulled.

I'm glad it is verified that he was illegal, because it shows what happens when our government doesn't secure the border.

It was probably pulled because of the claim that was not substantiated, and also because it is such a sick crime.

It looks like the decided to leave it up this time.

I certainly hope the Obama/Holder/Dem/Liberal/Leftist PC BS doesn't kick in and this guy gets a soft sentence because he is a poor oppressed (illegal criminal invading insurgent alien colonist) "immigrant."

The homosexual legacy: No sex act is immoral. Pandora’s Box. If anal sex is ok—then there can’t be anything wrong with any type of penetration.

You're conflating two issues. There is not a word in the Bible that explicitly condemns anal or oral sex between a married husband and wife.

I have a recommendation for mothers of minor children: focus on your immediate family and ditch the dating game. I did it and never regretted my decision.

Child abuse is ghoulishly nicknamed "mother's-boyfriend syndrome" among medical professionals.... nature itself shows what a menace an unrelated adult male of almost any species can be to the children of a female he is mating with...

The problem is that it knows no socioeconomic boundaries. You just can’t identify a potential abuser by casual observance. I saw enough ugliness during my life. No matter what my shortcomings as a parent were, I allowed no such persons into our home.

Not in the Bible it’s not. If you’re a Catholic, the magisterium teaches that it’s wrong, based on their long experience at discerning what is and is not good for the well-being of the human soul. Likewise with Mormons. But if you’re a “Sola Scriptura” type of Christian Protestant, you’re on your own. There are plenty of rather nebulous verses about avoiding uncleanness and such, but if you rely solely on the inspired Word of God to tell you specifically whether or not consensual sodomy between husband and wife is considered unclean, you’ll be uncertain forever.

I’d vote for Johnson in a heartbeat and consider it a travesty that he didn’t get more traction. He is probably the most qualified on paper among our candidates— 2 very successful terms as perhaps the most fiscally responsible and anti-tax Governor any state has seen in decades, plus a stellar business background— and it’s obvious he can appeal to the swing voters in the purple and light blue states like New Mexico.

Is keeping pot illegal so important to FR types that they will throw the baby out with the bath water? Evidently so.

I was raised as a Lutheran but have since converted to Judaism. I’m not sure what the Lutheran stance is but I’m sure it’s frowned upon. It doesn’t seen like something G-d would want one to do since it goes against His design.
