Rush starts at 9:06AM here in Oregon.
Rush was moved to a station owned by Clear Channel, whose Premiere Radio division syndicates him. This has happened in other cities like Boston and Providence.
In 2008 Premiere gave Rush a contract totaling $400 million over 8 years. 50M a yr on average—because he brings in ad dollars.
Clear Channel wants him on their own station.
Second that. But, I'll give it some time to settle in.
So for the foreseeable future I will pass.
Note after years of listening to Mr. Rodgers on KGO evenings I wondered, what hell does he need that woman for.. I soon recognized the value that Ms Morgan added to the show.
The Caldecott tunnel comment was something OV said one morning when it was just Lee and him, Melanie was absent.

Thanks for the reminder on Melanie Morgan. My search engine search appears to indicate Mel is on KSRO streaming 6 am to 9 am PDT. I’ll have to try Monday morning looks like.
