They inspired him because some will be able to vote in November. His dog would inspire him too if his dog could vote.

Obama is such a joke young people want to laugh, older folks want to cry.

He’s probably confused because the teleprompter told him to wait for wild cheering applause.

I watched the video. Now I know what it looks like when the teleprompter gets the hick-ups.
You’ve got to be smoother than that if you want to pull the wool over someone’s eyes.
I wonder, has the teleprompter decided to support Romney this time around?
At any rate, after a pause the kids openly laughed at this clown. How fitting...
I took note that even the adults found the reaction funny. There all had big smiles on their faces too.
Epic fail your POTUSness.

On the other hand, that region of Greater Cleveland is full of smart-assed kids. At least it was 40 years ago.

Errrr... I watched the video. After he said they inspire him someone in the audience said something (that couldn't be heard in the video) and the audience was laughing at what that person said.
It was a let down. I was truly hoping they were laughing hard at him.

In context, its even worse. The laughed at him and he didn’t expect it.
His act of looking at right TOTUS for one sentence then slowly looking left for the next sentence is getting old.

I went to University School in the Sixties, and you’re right! Demographics may have changed since then though. The Lee Road area has changed completely. The area around Benedictine High School has also changed completely. Dangerous area now!

What a DUMB article!!! They DID NOT laugh at obama (I fervently wished they were); they were laughing at what someone in the audience said. Although, by obama’s reaction, they may have said something against obama that made the others laugh.

Thanks, but he isn’t exactly POTUSness personified is he. Perhaps he’s more POTUSless. That doesn’t seem to fit either.
Perhaps POTUShead... you know, sort of like Max Headroom.

Given Obama’s reaction, it was probably someone saying something like “Yeah, right!” Non-story...too bad.

You can be d*mn sure that the Obamaloon doesnt inspire any student with above room temp IQ. That is my read, from reddit, FDL, glen greenwald. Many at Huffypo comments also. Lots of support shifted to Paul from there, reflected in Iowa, i would guess. More anecdotal evidence: My mom, lifelong Mass. FDR democrat, is ready to vote R For Romney. (proper snark: cuz Romney is a lib. But it is past that. She has never voted R in her life. Not once.

So what? They are only laughing because there is nothing inspiring about them. They may be smart asses, but they is dumb enough to vote for a dumbass.
