NEW YORK, New York, January 5, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – With the highest abortion rate in the nation, nearly double the 23% national average, New York continues to be a place that babies in the womb cannot love.
New York City Department of Health released data that shows that 83,750 abortions were performed in New York City in 2010, which translated to 40% of all pregnancies, down from 41% in 2009.
The Bronx saw a staggering 48% of pregnancies end in abortion. The city lost 38,574 African-Americans babies to abortion, a dumbfounding 60% of the city’s African-American pregnancies. New York has the highest abortion rate in the country.
“In parts of the city more than half of all pregnancies end in abortion - this is very, very disturbing,” said Greg Pfundstein, Executive Director of the Chiaroscuro Foundation, a pro-life organization that says it was instrumental in the city’s decision to itemize the abortion and pregnancy statistics and release them in a more timely manner.

I’m not interested in listening to some fool defend the murder of innocent life. This site is for conservatives.
First of all, ALL pro-lifers know that life starts at conception.
Secondly, if you don't believe a two month old fetus is a human, what EXACTLY do you believe it is? Do you think there's a chance that it might grow into a giraffe or something?

Even if you were only educated to read Dr. Seuss, you'd at least know "a person's a person no matter how small."
But since you apparently never got up to the Dr. Seuss level, you can still see ultrasounds of little ones.
Brain waves at 40 days in the womb. Heart beats at 3 weeks in the womb. Those 2 things will be used to determine when you're dead. All 2-month embryos have them. Since you negate their brain waves and heart beats as no determination of their lives, do us all a favor and ask that those two criteria be eliminated from your own as some "determination" of if you're alive or not.

If the two months old “baby” is not human, what is it then?
From seven weeks from conception there is a heart beat, from the moment of conception it’s entire genetic material is there, it’s identity, so if it is not human what is it.
If two months old embryo is not human, how about two months after birth? Or two years? etc. They want to keep their “it’s okay to kill ‘em” options open.

It gives me the shivers to even think about the stupidity of “it is not human”, I know people who actually beleive that up to two weeks after the baby is born the mother should have the choice as to whether to end the life or not.
Abortion is vile, there is no other way to present it - period.
Professor Peter Singer of Princeton University, who teaches “ethics” - I guess he’s called a philosopher - says that parents should be able to kill their child up to one year of age, in case the child doesn’t exhibit enough intelligence or development to qualify as “Human”.
He also advocates every other malignant evil you can imagine. And who knows how many students listen to his filth.
“It’s not human” can then easily be applied to anyone who is unwanted, inconvenient, etc. Jews, blacks, gypsies, handicapped of any kind, Catholics, Hindus, amputees, stroke victims and on and on and on.
Pure, unadulterated Evil.
To bad his mother hadn’t headed his advice.
