Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) just released its annual report for 2009-2010. Predictably, it reflects a general decline in the abortion giants business, thanks to unprecedented pro-life activism from the grassroots up, focused directly on Planned Parenthood.
Some highlights from the report include:
Income: DOWN 4.7 percent Total income 2010: $1,048.2 million Total income 2009: $1,100.8 million
Profit: DOWN 70.8 percent Profit 2010: $18.5 million Profit 2009: $63.4 million
Contributions: DOWN 27 percent Private Contributions and Bequests 2010: $223.8 million Private Contributions and Bequests 2009: $308.2 million
Abortions: DOWN .7 percent Number of abortions 2010: 329,445 Number of abortions 2009: 331,796 (Revised down from the 332,287 it reported for 2009 last year)
*This is the first year-to-year decline in abortion numbers since 1993-1994.
Total services: DOWN 2.09 percent Total services reported in 2010: 11,003,356 Total services reported in 2009: 11,238,414 *This is the first year-to-year decline in total services since 1996-1997
Affiliates and clinic numbers: DOWN 7.4 percent and 2.9 percent respectively Total affiliates reported in 2010: 88 Total affiliates reported in 2009: 95 Total clinics reported in 2010: 840 Total clinics reported in 2009: 865
Attendees at its Sex Education programs: DOWN 8.3 percent Number of sex ed attendees 2010: 1.1 million Number of sex ed attendees 2009: 1.2 million
Government funding: UP 34 percentTaxpayer funding now 46.5 percent of PP income
Total government health service grants and reimbursements reported in 2010: $487.4 million
Total government grants and contracts reported in 2009: $363.2 million
*There was a change in the way government income was reported in 2010. It now includes Medicaid income, which was previously reported as clinic income.
** Additionally, Planned Parenthood announced it will be receiving new government grants of $22 million in FY2011 (the current year) for more Teen Pregnancy Prevention programs.
I have 2 children form the foster care...none of natural birth.
These children need a good home - a family - people that will grow to love them...despite the fact most can have their own babies or children — adoption is a duty we should all look into...I knew that when I was a teenager that I did not want my own natural born children - and I have been blessed to have 2 unique and amazing children in out home now...
I suggest everyone look into it at least - and if you have any questions - please e-mail me about the process -— it’s not hard at all - these are US Citizens and they need to be taken care of and shown true responsibility - and not left out in the governmental cold!
Other than that the fact where their funds come from, this is some good heart warming news for a Friday!

Haha, I was thinking the same thing, but was shocked how much taxpayers are funding this evil filth not by their own desire.
