UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.
Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

This sounds series.
Doesn’t anyone report this?
Not only is he not natural born because of his father, he probably is currently still an Indonesian citizen.
And could be hugh.
About time a court took it seriously!
gee, that’s too bad
I hope so.
I hope it gets hugher. LOL
Apparently not. I found it on twitter.
Every state should do this.....period!
Nah! It’s mute, and irrevalunt!
Of course, people are wary of looking at his passport records since that guy who looked at his and Hillary’s got whacked in ‘08.
If we could only get Discovery access to the State Dept......
I followed the links and can’t find the article.
Of course, blacks will riot. States will have to call out the guard. And we'll have a second civil war on our hands.
But obama (playing Lincoln)will say "go home...I will leave. It's much better. Rather than divide the union.....blah, blah, blah....
I'm so disgusted with our wonderful country which has by law chosen immorality as the best choice.
“About time a court took it seriously!”
It happened in GA state court last week:
Sorry, I don’t post often and must have put the wrong Url in.
Please, dear Gd. And dear Alabama.
Check out today’s posts on the Hawaii birther suit. There is yet another Definitive proof discovered that the long form he showed is phony. It’s true. That thing he showed us is fake. Why? If ya had a real one... Ya’d show the real one. So, why?
I do not like Obama, but this isn’t about him. I would not like an ineligible anyone to be able to run for and win the presidency. This is bigger than party. This is a clear constitutional issue.
There are some very specific questions that Alabama should ask Hawaii. I would not trust HI officials with only “was what he showed the American people in 2011 what you gave him in 2011?” because they might lie, “yes.”.
Butterdezillion here on FR would know the specific questions AL should ask HI. One of them has to do with being able to see the original notations in the Hawaii record. Send one official from AL to go see those and you won’t be able to get him on the AL ballot and AL will be the hero of the nation for a LONG time!
The judiciary will circle the wagons and make sure that will not happen.
