Oh I bet there will be a lot of WTFs! Of course, my profile page is empty so it will be hard to figure out I’m a chick. ;)

I like that. Also, isn’t it amazing how much Tebow’s praying upsets the liberals.

Last week my wife and I boarded the Amtrak train in Grand Junction, CO for Denver, CO. We've driven this route, back & forth, many times over the years on I-70 ... taking the train is a whole different experience. Anyway, we are seated with another couple in the dining car for lunch. Turns out this guy is a professor at a very well known mid-west university, a university that has turned out many NFL greats. This guy was everything you would expect of a college professor, he was a weenie liberal in every sense. The conversation turned to football, as the reason for our train trip to Denver was to attend the Bronco/KC Chiefs game ... this guy went off on Tebow big time. Thought it was all hype ...
Told him he should check with players he claimed to know that are from his college currently playing with the Broncos. They, without doubt, will confirm Tebow's sincerity.
In fairness to this individual he said he would keep an open mind ... he just wasn't buying the hype.

Does anybody remember what the temperature was in Denver at the time of the OT victory? If I remember correctly, the game time temperature was 40 degrees at the start of the game but temps were forecast to fall during the game and be near the freezing point by game end. Would have been something if it was 31.6 degrees.

Wow, I didn’t know anyone could throw anything 316 yards! I just heard about this guy the other day and wondered what the fuss was. Didn’t know he was a ball player or whatever.

If I had a favorite passage, especially when it comes to sports, it would be Matt 6:27: “fuhgeddaboudit” Buy, hey, if he’s employed and keeping clean, more power to him.

Plus, you would be getting a virgin, every man’s — er, woman’s dream. I’ve got to hand it to him, that’s some serious willpower. After your honeymoon night he may forget all about football ;)

I thought it was a Steelers’ 3rd and 16 when Denver intercepted. I just read that somewhere, but maybe it is wrong.

In any case, WHAT A GAME!

If what Ben did WASN’T meant as mockery, it was at least, very ill-advised. And, not to put too fine a point on it, but....You and I may not KNOW what was in Ben’s heart when he did that.......but GOD DID!

Now.....Fast Forward to the first play from scrimmage in Sudden Death Overtime, and how the lightning-fast end of the game took place. Strikes me as “Ichabod” being pronounced over the Steelers. (1st Samuel 4:21a) And as for Timmy Tebow....John 5:23 comes to mind.

Thanks again.

I could not find a rating of 31.6 anywhere. The NFL website say 29.6. The 316 yards is correct.

Not a "316" verse, but I like Revelation 6:2.
And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Probably the same odds as 666 being the Illinois lottery in the night of Obama winning the election. All coincidences?

All very cool, but my favorite verse is John 5:24
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." KJV.
So what, you ask? 524 is the number of yards NE is going to put on Denver on Saturday night. Lay the 13 1/2, take the Patriots and bank it. Tebow's season is over on Saturday night.

The following also contain 11 letters:

Satan is Lord

Obama is King

Just sayin’. (And hope I don’t get struck by lightening!)
