An illegal alien man allegedly raped and killed a 1-month-old female infant, according to law enforcement officials in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Wednesday, January 4. Sadly not one national newspaper, radio or television news organization covered this heinous and depraved criminal case, according to a sheriff's deputy in New Mexico.
The investigating detectives announced that the suspect, Juan Galindo, possesses a criminal history that includes drug charges, driving under the influence, and a prior sexual assault of a minor charge.

Article states he had been deported, snuck back in and arrested in Texas for child abuse. This is sickening and depraved. Beyond those words, I am speechless.

This creep was apparently the child’s FATHER, unless the mother of a month-old baby was out catting around. In either scenario, the sweet baby had no chance around these people.

I do agree this is about evil on the one hand, but he was deported, came back, was arrested more times and then committed this evil act. That is an immigration issue.

Ok, so it is the same case. I was afraid it was a new one. One is far too many as it is.
Two issues, completely separate.
Of course he is illegally here and should be locked up for that alone, particularly for returning after deportation. That’s one.
However, murder and perversion can happen anywhere. This guy killed his own baby girl in a gruesome manner. That’s not an immigration issue, but one of pure evil that transcends international boundaries.
The fact that he is an illegal immigrant is irrelevant here, unless the authorities can use it to fry him crispier.
Agreed. What I did learn from this story is that re-entry after deportation is a felony with a 20 year tag! Hmmm wonder what the re-entry rate would be if were tossing them for 20 years at a time...

I don’t watch O’Reilly much anymore but he would air a story like this. He’s not afraid of shining a light on illegal immigrant crimes.

I agree, GregNH. If this man wasn’t in the U.S., he wouldn’t have done this crime IN the U.S. One can argue all day long that this case is one simply about evil; however, it goes further than that IMHO.
