"I, Michael Jackson seek relief by the prohibition of Barack Hussein Obama on the U.S. Presidential ballot. Barack Hussein Obama is not "legally qualified" to be on the presidential ballot as he is not a Natural Born Citizen, which is a requirement mandated in Article II Section I Clause V of our U.S. Constitution to be eligible for President or Vice President. Moreover, I would seek relief in the recovery of all litigation expenses incurred; that my 14th Amendment rights provided in Section 1 of U.S. Constitution are not deprived nor caused to suffer injury."

Hee.. hee.. hee..
I suppose if dead people can vote, they should be able to sue as well.
The law suit from hell??
This case should be a Thriller, hopefully the judge tells Obama to Beat It...
So Michael Jackson, a black guy that pretended to be white, doesn’t want hussein, a white guy who pretends to be black, on the ballot?
It’s all about the Smooth Criminal in Chief.
I like these ballot access challenges. The standing is built right into the law, making them *much* harder to have dismissed before any evidence or discovery is allowed to be entered in court.
(I doubt the LF COLB that is/was on the WH server - complete with smiley face signature stamp- is going to be presented by Obama in any court, and not all these cases including this one are even challenging that LF COLB.)
That’s funny :)
Obummer can only blame the Man in the Mirror
Thanks for responding. Illinois is the state where Obama exercised ballot challenges against his rival candidates when he ran for the first time for state senator. The strategic tactic was successful for him. This same tactic used here by Mr. Jackson will be used against Obama.
Very good point!!
What a country! Only in America can a poor, black boy such as Michael Jackson grow up to be a rich, white woman.
Just, Leave Him Alone
Hmmm... maybe it really wasn’t the doctor that killed him
I guess it’s time for Barrys’ minions to create birth certificate number 3!
Here is a article on it.
Maybe he’ll expose O, the Smooth Criminal.
A dead Jacko could be a better president then the currant occupant. Just think of the parties at the white House... especially if the GREEK PM came for a state dinner.
Is this a lawsuit?? Illinois (and ironically Hawaii) is one of the states where voters can simply file a challenge with the election board or commission on any declarations of the eligibility of candidates. There was a woman a couple of years ago who was filing such challenges with some state officials, just to test out this law. Not sure what happened with her. The trick is that if you can get the commission to uphold its law, you are supposed to be granted a full hearing. In such a hearing (especially if in Hawaii), a challenger would technically satisfy the direct and tangible interest requirement for obtaining certified copies of Obama’s vital records, not the HI DOH would actually follow their own law and issue the copies. If they didn’t, one wouldn’t have standing to sue.
You can read more about it here:
He couldn't afford the flight to the States.
The filing looks like its to a board of elections commissioner and not a lawsuit. This is actually relatively well-written. Curious to see under what excuse it ends up being ignored, but it shouldn’t be.
Thanks for your analysis. I was hoping you’d weigh in. Considering this is the way [as someone up thread pointed out] Obama prevailed in, iirc, two of his campaigns, it’s nice to see the tables turned. But as you say, the corruption runs deep, and it would be an epic—albeit very pleasant—shock if this challenge is accepted.
Well, let’s see....57 states times $100k for each suit, that should give Obama’s lawyers some business, huh? No wonder he’s going to raise the debt ceiling again.
No, actually that's just a blog post.
