They’ll have these 20 year old Marines in jail before you know it. Meanwhile, government bureaucrats sold 2000 rifles illegally to Mexican drug smugglers resulting in the death of at least two LEO and a couple hundred Mexican citizens. Not only is there not anyone in jail or under indictment, not one person has even been fired. I could care less if they pissed on a couple Taliban carcasses. Which is the worse offense?

Oh, great. Now we get racism thrown into the mix. But didn’t you read Norm Lenhart’s post? He said our troops should descend to the level of the enemy. So our troops in WWII should have been the same pricks the Japanese soldier in the photo was.

This thread is about the Marines whizzing on dead enemy bodies after a fire-fight. They are excused..IMHO for acting out. Adrenalin levels make people under extreme stress do things they wouldn’t normally do.

However, the image of the decapitated head generated less than half the amount of protest letters that an image of a mistreated cat in the very same issue received.[10]

The investigation commences, and charges are most likely to be filed.
