Charles H. Price II, Kansas City banker, candy company executive and diplomat before the Court of St. Jamess, died Thursday night in California, friends said. He was 80 years old.
Price had served as President Ronald Reagans ambassador to Belgium and then Great Britain. He was a friend of both the Reagans as well as Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. He accompanied her to the scene in Scotland of the Lockerbie bombing in December 1988.

But the obituary should haveused his full title, which was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Court of St. James's.
That would look great on a business card.
