I am cracking up! Whhenever someone says “C-Moan ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” I am reminded of the scene in Young Frankenstein, when they say Frau Blucher and the horses whinny LOL!!!!!!!!!
Our response to C-Moan is almost Pavlovian

It is Pavlovian. We have lived Mark C. Moan and we know. No disprespect to Simone, but it’s like going from hard rock music to light classical.

Well, these days they can do anything they want it would seem. But you know that is not what was intended. In the 1920s it was thought that a Constitutional Amendment was necessary to ban the sale of alcohol. If you can explain the Constitutional difference between alcohol and drugs you will be the first to do so.

Once prohibition was repealed some States and localities banned alcohol sales on their own, just as I have absurdly suggested might be done for drugs.

You should clear the sh*t from you eyes so you can read my posts. In particular please see #97 where I made reference to his now expansive view of the commerce clause. If he said anything more than that later then I would have missed it as I went out around 7:30. And BTW, whatever bearing the commerce clause might have upon drugs, it seems to naive me that it would have the same bearing upon alcohol. I guess it's all in the penumbras of the living Constitution. Right?
