The murder of Terri Schiavo was a Judicial Crime. It was the same type of crime as was commited by the Nazi courts under Hitler...

Judges in this case were more concerned with saving their ugly faces than anything else. Any defense by them that ‘we followed the law’ is not acceptable any more than the defense that ‘we only followed orders’ is.

I am especially disgusted by the sherrif’s deputies who carried out court’s orders. We require soldiers to resist unlawful orders. Same applies to police.

Their defense that they “followed the law” is actually even worse than the “we were following orders” defense. The judges were not following the law. They were violating it.
