I went to the link on Drudge about the high school yearbook pictures. It’s very entertaining, but Newt was on the debate team and was voted most intellectual in his class. Herman Cain was voted most likely to succeed. Funny they didn’t have any dem yearbook pics. Probably none exist of BO.

No, the study doesn't say that 61% of all homosexual men are HIV positive. It says this:
"The study also revealed that almost 20% of homosexual men have HIV."
It says that homosexual men account for 61% of all new HIV infections.

Why would you think we would go back to irrational practices. The US legal system is based on Natural Law Theory which has a developed philosophy on Just Law. It is based on God’s Law and “Right Reason according to Nature”.
Why would rational law—knowing Virtue is essential to Republics—want to promote something as disordered, destructive and nihilistic as sodomy? It should still be illegal—as it was for hundreds of years when we had Just Law—since it is the cause of billions of dollars in losses for tax payers. It is evil behavior.
What about polygamy? Your state does nothing about that except turn a blind eye.

Actually, in “my state” (both the one I’m from, and the one I live in) the State constitution reads that only marriage between one man, and ONE woman is lawful. I realize you apostasized from your religion and now have an axe to grind. Apparently with an entire geographic location, too.
