Rush has his own agenda which doesn’t always align with that of the majority of his listeners.
I would like to see a brokered convention because I think the ruling class would be happy to elect any of the guys currently running. Any of them. I opt for none of the above. I had a nice rant on the Scarborough thread on that subject :-)

Key Qi, it’s too bad that you haven’t figured out that the establishment pick is Gingrich. That should have been made clear when Rick Bilderberger Perry endorsed Gingrich. I do too and yes, I’m doubting you Rush. Nobody so far has hit back at the liberal elite media like Newt, well Chris Christie, but not in this type of media event.
I have an Android phone rather than an iPhone, so I downloaded their version of a personal assistant.
I’ve been playing with it for the last few days. Sometimes it works; sometimes it has no idea what I’m talking about. I did manage to engage it in a fairly extended conversation last night; it even told me that I was “an inquisitive one.”
Kind of creepy, sometimes.
And, BTW, I don’t have a thick Western PA accent. I’m not a “yinzer,” and I don’t go “dahntahn.”
I’m sure Newt knew he was going to get that question and he had pre-loaded both barrels .... so yeah, it probably was rehearsed although I hear his debate preparation is to have a soft drink and look over the notes his grandkids give him (smile more, etc.).
