Now wonder, it was a blowout for Newt. He had won by large margins in all the counties except 2. McCain barely won in 2008 compared to Newt(saw it on CNN).

GOP E person on Piers Morgan saying that Newt can't win talking about his unfavorable rating. Piers disagrees, and says Newt seems to have tapped into something.

[Did Reagan have a nearly 60% unfavorable?

Don’t know, but he was close to 30 points down in the polls to Carter.]

If Newt really has 58% unfavorable rating, how come the independents and T party voters went for him by wide margins over Romney? Could it be that he was able to turn that around, or was it not true to begin with?

I’m not getting this unfavorable ratings thing are you?

Not pimping anyone. Can you explain how a guy with 58% unfavorable is the wise choice to be the nominee? I’m just saying the obvious that Newt will get destroyed. He could even lose to Biden cuz people HATE him. Outside the base he is despised!

First of all, I've seen polls that have Newt's favorability at 53%, so you pulling one poll out of your backside and then trying to use it to proclaim Newt is unelectable is, to me, the same thing as Reagan being about 30% down to Carter at about this time in his race. In fact, in my mind, Reagan was much worse off.

In short, your point has no value.

I’m sick of Tokyo Rove and sick of hearing him called “The Architect.” I also want him to just go away.

Wht poll has Newt at 53% favorable? Reagan was down after he ran and lost in ‘76 and then had to rally to win in ‘80. If you want a Reagan model who was a Gov who ran and lost last election?

Whatever poll you are excited enough to push to “nearly 60 percent”, know that recently Romney was leading in SC by double digits but last night Gingrich won by double digits.

Well, here's a poll from Gallup shoing Newt with a +14 favorability Republicans/GOP-Leaning Independents Who Recognize Candidate:

Poll Watch: Gallup 2012 GOP Favorability Survey

So tell me why I should care about a poll that mixes in both Liberals with Republicans right now, especially one that shows a fake, lying RINO like Myth in a positive light in juxtaposition of Newt?

We are 10 months out and at the very beginning of the Primaries, and as I have already pointed out, Reagan was down 30 points to Carter at this point.

Go peddle your Pro-Myth nonsense elsewhere, it's falling flat.
