Israeli officials told visiting USS Chief Joint of Staffs Martin Dempsey that it would give President Barack Obama no more than 12 hours notice if and when it attacks Iran, The London Times reported Sunday.
The Netanyahu government also will not coordinate with the United States an attack on the Islamic Republic, according to the report, the latest in a number of suposed scenarios concerning cooperation or lack of it between Jerusalem and Washington.

Headline is wrong.
"No more than 12" does not equal "will give 12".
If they are smart (I mean, you know, c'mon!) they will give him a call before the satellites see the flashes - about six seconds before.
When they finally attack the iran-morons, Israel should call nobama at 3 am...just to see if he answers the phone.
If they scheduled the attack for 7:00 am local time, that would be 3:00 pm Eastern time. Giving Obama the warning 12 hours beforehand would give him the 3:00 am phone call he’s been talking about for the last few years.

There is still the issue of the time between telling 0’ how much notice there would be, to the time actually doing so and carrying it out.
I would like and hope Netenyahu would make those two conveyances at the SAME TIME, in the SAME MESSAGE.

I focused on the “up to 12 hours”. What that should have told Zero’s administration is that at best they will get the 12 hour notice. In other words, they were diplomatically told they were not on the early warning list. Zero is “up to”. Kick his Kenyan arsche BiBi!

Consider the Japanese notification of the pearl harbor attack. The message was sent to the Japanese embassy encoded and as I recall in 13 parts. The decoding and typing the lengthy message took about an hour longer that was available and the message was delivered after the fact. The attack thus became a sneak attack.
Some version of that could be used to justify late notification to the Messiah who can not be trusted

The order to strike Iran has already been given and the attack cannot be pulled back. Everything in Iran will light up in twelve minutes.
