Israeli officials told visiting USS Chief Joint of Staffs Martin Dempsey that it would give President Barack Obama no more than 12 hours notice if and when it attacks Iran, The London Times reported Sunday.
The Netanyahu government also will not coordinate with the United States an attack on the Islamic Republic, according to the report, the latest in a number of suposed scenarios concerning cooperation or lack of it between Jerusalem and Washington.

I think our military has the right to know about potential WWIII earlier than 12 hours.
If the Israelis hold off until Jan 20, 2013, things will be very different.

Right...I’d send the message in Hebrew on a Sunday morning at 3AM. By the time His Excellency found someone to translate it, the war would be over.
“No more than” is a lot better than “at least”, because we all know that Obama and his crew would be on the horn to Iran with five minutes notice.
This includes the possibility of no notice.
This is exactly what I would do if I was Israel and I thought a week before the election obama would win.
I would set him up and turn the election on his treachery.
The 12-hour notice should be: “We began the attack 12-hours ago.”

A 12 second warning seems more appropriate for Obama.
Netanyahu might decide to give that 12 hours notice by regular USPS mail delivery.
