Ann Coulter was just on Fox and Friends. She was crying over the fact that Romney got decimated in South Carolina. She offered a few talking points from the Romney camp including:
1. Newt is the lease conservative of all Candidates running. 2. Newt is unelectable because of his failed marriages. 3. The Freddy Mac non-issue. 4. John K asked a legitimate question and he is a completely fair and honorable reporter. 5. South Carolina is going back to it democratic roots and backing someone who calls Obama a socialist.
She laid out the establishment talking point that everyone who voted for McCain, will vote for Romney, that we need to get the independents.
Ann is awesome – period. I do not think she’s in LOVE with Romney – neither am I. He, in her opinion, (one I share), is that Romney is merely the most electable. Newt IS NOT the conservative we need. He was a Pelosi pal and is far too leftist for my tastes. I disagree with my girl, Ann on John King – IMO, King is a left wing marionette WORM who was fed the question to Newt from his handlers. It was an inappropriate question. What is he going to ask Gingrich about next? Overdue library books or parking tickets? I will vote for WHOEVER has the best chance of getting this incompetent socialist idiot out of office – and like Ann, I’d vote for Jeffrey Dahmer if he was the best chance to get rid of Obammy and Moochelle.

I think in Ann’s case, Romney became the guy that would take her home when Chris Christie left her at the dance. Her drool fest over trying to get him to run for president was creepy.
Skeletor’s support of GOProud seemed to start the downturn.
I think if you’re from New England, Romney is considered a hardcore conservative.
I didn’t see her but it seems she erred in not using the #1 demonizing Newt word “Angry”. Like in bombastic, bomb thrower, gloomy, and I’m sure you are familiar with the rest. Britt Hume said his negatives were so high that republicans in house and senate don’t want to be tied to him and will lose their seats and Newt will lose the house, the senate, and presidency.
When Chris Cristie came on the scene.
The public may tolerate the Democrat deviants but they don't tolerate the Republican deviants.

She really jumped the shark when she got on the establishment candidate Romney’s bandwagon. I really used to like her, I enjoyed her ‘telling it like it is’ and getting in the liberal’s faces. Something that a lot of Republicans are afraid to do. But then she went all in for Romney. I have no idea why, but I suspect that she’s on the party’s payroll at this point.
Her book sales will drop precipitously.
Romney is NOT electable. You are ignoring the 800 pound elephant in the room. Do some research on how Mormons treat women and then get back to me.

The talking heads are willfully clueless about one major fact: there is widespread, deep, and profound anger at Obama, the MSM, and the elites throughout our society who disdain traditional America. Newt channels and expresses that anger.

It makes me wonder what the reasoning is for those like Coulter to desperately "demand" that Romney get the nomination.
It most certainly isn't because they tote a country before party attitude!
Rove has always been a over-rated blow hard. He is no Lee Atwater thats for sure.
As for Ann, she has lost her mind. Time for her to find a good man, settle down and write childrens books.
