WESLACO - Three people from Afghanistan are in Border Patrol custody in the Valley. Border Patrol acknowledges they apprehended the three Afghanis in the Valley.
They were found in two different groups. One was found south of Mission by the river. The other two were found in a stash house north of Moorefield Road.
Samuel Freeman, a political science professor at the University of Texas Pan American and expert on U.S. foreign policy, says it's unusual for Afghanis to show up in the Rio Grande Valley.
Freeman says the three could be drug runners. He says there's a huge pipeline of opium from Afghanistan to the U.S.
CHANNEL 5 NEWS submitted a Freedom of Information request to find out more information on the three Afghanis detained in the Valley. Once we get that information, we'll bring it to you.
“Freeman says the three could be drug runners.”
.....yea I’m sure that’s it..../rolls eyes
If you want on, or off this S. Texas/Mexico ping list, please FReepMail me.
Shoot them all after a little “interrogation” and burn the house to the ground.
Thanks SS. L, have you seen or heard of this?
Sure. No doubt the cartels will gladly step out of the way to let the Afghans have a piece of their action because (after all) the opium originated in Afghanistan!
What kind of stupid schmucks does this guy Freeman think we are, anyhow? Does he think we are in his little Poli Sci Class and need to agree with him to get a passing grade?
Is this the only lame@ss mouthpiece the media could scrape up to give cover to what is most likely the tip of the iceberg of murderous Al Qaeda cells pouring through our borders?
Just three innocent freedom lovers along the Afghani to America underground railroad...
Afghani’s running the brder? Hmm whatever did happen to the assassination team that came over to hit a couple diplomats? Seems the Rio is as safe as can be. i suggest Napolitanorent a shack right in that DMZ she calls safe, no rifles, no nothing, I mean it’s safe ain’t it?
It may be getting more difficult for the Obama administration to acknowledge the hoard of illegals they have allowed by not addressing the border issues. Perhaps lethal force could be a deterrent. Smiles and return transportation "ain't cuttin it".
Thanks for the ping SwinneySwitch.
