Newt Gingrich Wants Freddie Mac Records Released Before Florida Primary (Take That Willard!)
ABC News ^ | January 23, 2012 | George Stephanopoulos

Posted on 01/23/2012 8:12:37 AM PST by C19fan

In response to lobbying accusations from his opponents Newt Gingrich told me it would be "very helpful" if his former company, Center for Health Transformation, released the consulting contract he had with mortgage giant Freddie Mac before the Florida primary on January 31. "I think it would be very helpful and our attorneys are talking with the company. You know I left the company so, it's their decision and Nancy Desmond, the president of the company, has to make the decision. But I'd be very comfortable releasing them," he said.

He can’t be bluffing, he names names, ‘Nancy Desmond’ and who decides/who’s responsible, again ‘Nancy Desmond’.

All the media need do is call her and see if she got the Ok to release.

“Clarence Thomas would be a “strike behind enemy lines”. Newt, not so much. IMHO”

Newt is a veteran of behind the line strikes.

He brought the first GOP House Majority in nearly half a Century.

Contract with America....passed and executed.

Contained Clinton like we contained the Soviets...without Gingrich we may have had a Radical Obama like 90s.

He is proven, accomplished an presently in the face of the Leftist Media....about to go behind line again to defeat Obama.

He’s the best we’ve got right now, but I’m not going to join some “cult of personality” that attributes things to him that aren’t objectively verifiable.

Newt is a pig.

Pigs are smart animals.
Bacon is my favorite food group, amongst other fine pork products provided by our portly porcine friends..
Sounds like an endorsement.

“but I’m not going to join some “cult of personality” “

I have always found the “cult” meme a little unproven factually. There are some on here that think if a conservative gains broad support, and that person supports a candidate who has much less support...the “cult of personality meme” is used.

It’s an election. The goal is to gain the most support. That is not a bad thing unless we are determined to pick the perfect conservative (which never exists), but pick the utopian conservative and go out in a bang of purity with 5% of the national vote.

Gingrich is the only person who can defeat the money of RiNO Romney...and he is proving it before our eyes...and then he will kick Obama in his feminine area and put him in a choke hold to snuff the Radical Leftist out.

Um...I have not studied his bio in detail, but from news reports, I am under the impression that it was during his time with Callista that he converted. Was he in fact a Roman Catholic before Callista? I don’t know, but perhaps should be looked at.

If he was a cradle Catholic, I can understand very well, that he could have been truly converted as he has stated.

The other thing which I have not substantiated for myself, but perhaps should be looked at is that there are ALWAYS two sides to every story. I have seen posted on this forum the explanation re his 2nd ex, that 2nd ex may have been involved in influence peddling.

According to others, the 1st ex actually was his high school teacher and he did not have legal basis to consent.

Food for thought and perhaps research

No, Gingrich married Calista first.

He attended Church with her weekly and started inquiring and reading...eventually, he converted.

Not all methods of “gaining support” work the same on everyone. My inclination to support a candidate based on a given argument declines in proportion to the amount of hyperbole contained in the argument. But maybe that’s just me.
