Also my point. On what basis do we determine who “doesn’t wish to harm us”? Their word? He probably taped a roll of quarters to his knee just to trigger the pat down to pull this stunt.

True. Right now, he’s another attractive Pied-Piper like Perot was, and in spite of Rush’s warning at the time, many people followed him right over the cliff.
Right now, the “bad-cop” blow-back he’s getting from Levin, along with the “good-cop” blow-back he’s getting from Rush (re playing with the idea of a third party) are both warnings to him to either help us conservatives take back the Republican Party from the RINOS, or he can expect us to turn the “marginalization” heat up even higher on him.
There are only two VIABLE political parties. The way things are set up by these two parties make it an impossibility for a third party to win due to the electoral college. Beck will eventually see the light, heed the warnings and decide to be a team player, or he will self-destruct and wind up a laughing stock.

We know RuPaul can’t win the election, but he’s not leaving the race either. I would like to see the how far Rand Paul might take this incident in light of post 18, if true.
TSA is just beginning its power grab. It would be nice to see it brought up in the GOP debates, and if you are right about motive, RuPaul will do just that, and the other candidates will respond with their own evaluation and position.

Technically, he wasn’t travelling to and from a session, or for a speech or debate in the Senate. His speech to the March for Life isn’t part of Constitutionally required job duties, and I would argue that as such, not protected.
