I’m sure this is Bush’s fault somehow.

All kinds of budgets have been offered, but none, it seems is acceptable to the Democrats, most particularly the Democrats in the Senate. Harry Reid won’t even allow the House-passed version for this past year to come to a vote on the Senate floor. And the Democrats certainly offer no version of their own, or a verion that is so basically corrupt and inoperable as to be an exercise in futility. Even the Democrats run away from their own versions.

There must be some rationale by which this can be demonstrated to be an obstruction of justice, but of course, we have a “Justice” department whose objective is to deliver ANYTHING but justice in any form.

Is this some kind of record yet? No worries, Obama doesn’t use congress anymore anyway.

BTTAT!!! (Bump To The Absolute Top!!!)

Just try to imagine if the Repubs owned the Senate and pulled such an irresponsible lack of required action!!!

Republicans, independents and conservatives should be bringing this up in even the most minor, chance conversations from now till November!!!

My recollection is that the House has passed a budget but Harry Reid won't let on the floor for debate. Obama sent a budget which failed the Senate 93-0.

So far Gingrich’s campaign has been much more effective than Romney’s in responding to developing news and making reference to hot topics during the debates. If he’s on the ball he could use this item to garner another standing ovation in the Florida debate.

So how is money being spent? How do different departments know their budget for each year?
