The White House is delaying for one week the release of President Obama's budget for the 2013 fiscal year that starts Oct. 1, a decision that administration officials say was based on "the need to finalize decisions and technical details" but which Republicans say is a direct violation of law.
"This will mark the third time in four years the president has missed his statutory requirement to present a budget on time, while trillion-dollar budget deficits continue to mount. As the president announces another missed deadline, tomorrow marks the 1,000th day Senate Democrats have gone without any budget at all," said House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, R-Wis.
Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., ranking Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, called it "an inauspicious way to launch his State of the Union address."

Okay....start by de-funding Obamacare completely, de-funding ALL illegal un-elected Czars, de-funding the EPA, the DOE, the Department of Education, DHS, Planned Parenthood, ACORN and clones, etc., etc.

Since we didn’t have a budget for 2011 or 2012, why do we need one for 2013? We should have a constitutional amendment that would remove Congress and the POTUS from office without pay and benefits if a budget is not submitted and approved by the first day of the fiscal year.
Well of course...in News media speak (that spoon feeds millions) if the Republicans would just give him all that the democrats want, this wouldn’t have to be hyperpartisan politics.

If Obama can circumvent the Constitution, he can circumvent anything and get away with it.

So true. I’m sick of hearing how the republicans are infuriated over this and that. They know what to do to make things happen they just have no will to do it.
My Mom asked me the other day why the GOP leadership won’t do anything to stop Obama’s crazy policies. I asked her this question: “If Obama gets re-elected how will that change Boehner and McConnell’s lives?” The answer is that it won’t. They will still have their cushy jobs and salaries and they can furiously rail agains’t the machine for another 4 years all the while getting re-elected themselves by promising to fight Obama. Its like a self feeding mechanism. They are not going to rock the boat and endanger their own self interest. Sad but true.

They are whining and complaining that Obama has not fulfilled his statutory requirements on submitting a budget, instead of complaining they should ACT and DO SOMETHING, Cancelling the State of the Union Show would be a good start to show the people how to deal with a petulant, pathetic liar, that refuses to do his job.
What are they going to do about it, give Obama the frowning of a lifetime?
