When I was in Indonesia, I admit falling in love with the call to prayer. It is beautiful. It’s beautiful because it is an open expression of devotion that is part of the fabric of daily public life.

We used to have Church bells here that played during the day before busy bodies got that quashed through noise ordinances.

As for him using this as an excuse to choose a religion it’s own founder admits could easily have come from a demon as from God over Chritianity (Catholicism) is indeed nuts, but perhaps nuts borne out of grief.

My hindu friends in Bali dreaded the noisey mosques call to prayer. They had a peaceful place before the national transmigration.

As for Liam, let the true living God judge him.
