Take away the makeup artist, hairstylist and designer duds and she’s down right ugly. I think she dresses like this to take as much attention away from Barry as possible.

You are exactly right. This is a cocktail dress at what should be a business setting. But then whoever is advising her on fashion has NO idea WTF they’re doing.
She has no sense of her position. She is a representative of the American people. The way she dresses shows her disregard of both the people and their government.
Hence my humble opinion she is NOT a woman. And what's up with her open legged stance?
It looks like a Project Runway rush job. The designer would’ve been “auffed” the show.

The attacks on the cost of Sarah Palin’s clothes were wrong.
The same goes here.
A top-quality tailored men's suit will not be cheap, and women's clothes at that level are typically more expensive.
Let's focus on Mrs. Obama’s wrong beliefs, not the cost of her clothes which were probably in line with those of a fair number of Congresswomen in the room, as well as some of the men.
That barf bag next her with the pony tail does not convey a business look. It says “old lady with 12 year old hair”.
Doesn’t bother me at all the cost of Michelle’s clothes.
What bothers me is that she gets a pass from everyone but Conservative media, while they tore Sarah apart for the same thing.
The other thing is, the Obama’s basically attack people for being unfair if they are rich. So they have to expect to be taken to the woodshed for their selfish attachment to their own money.
