How do you figure? Romey's campaign had spend approximately $7 million dollars in Florida, as of day before yesterday, and Gingrich's campaign just paid for a $6 million dollar ad buy there.
That's not even close to 20 to 1. Are you perhaps referring to the total cash outlays between Romney and Gingrich over the course of the whole campaign?
