No judge in his right mind is going to declare HUSSEIN ineligible to be president,
Right. The House, by certifying the election results in early 2009, in effect, certified Obama's eligibility.
Any challenges should be taken place when he first filed to run for the presidency. The agency in charge of that should have responsibility for asserting that an applicant is eligible.
