Yes, and even though it's not authenticated, it did support the first plaintiff's argument.
The first plaintiff simply says that since Obama's father was not a US citizen at the time of Obama's birth, he can't be a natural born citizen.
The attorney entered the digital copy of the BC as a evidence from Obama (or at least a representative of Obama) that his father was not a US citizen. He also quoted Obama's book, in which he tells a story about his father that would exclude him from being a US citizen.
This is really little more than introducing testimony from Obama as evidence. It doesn't actually determine whether it's true or not.
They post as much over here as there, if not more. They are not hard to spot, even with the unaided eye.

I understand that you are quoting CBS. This is typical of the MSM trying to confuse the public. As most of us who have been following this here understand... the question is not where their fathers were born, but what their father’s citizenship status was at the time of the birth. Also if anyone wants to make a legal challenge to the eligibility of Romney or Santorum they are certainly free to do so.

I have heard her make the claim that he could have been born in Indonesia. To be honest, I couldn't even make out what she was trying to say at the end, and the Judge cut her off well before she could finish her incoherent rant.
Clearly Obama was too busy vacationing to actually care what Dr Conspiracy or any of the other people pulling his weight for him wanted to see...
Taitz put herself on the stand. She claims the president was born in Indonesia and went under different names as a young student during his time in Indonesia.

The non-Orly Plaintiffs. They made Obama’s case for him by stipulating Obama was born in the US and submitted Birth Record documents to be certified and authenticated without objection.
Obama didn’t need to put on a defense. The non-Orly Plaintiffs made Obama’s case for him. All the Judge knows is that Obama was born in America and his father was born outside of America. So what? For all the Judge knows, Obama’s father became a permanent resident of the US and then a US citizen.
No Judge will rule an American born citizen can’t be President because his father was born a foreigner.

The can only make a decision on what is entered into evidence. The COLB and long form BC were entered into evidence without objection. The Judge considers those documents to be undisputed facts.
What I know or believe is irrelevant to the Judge. The non-Orly Plaintiffs made Obama’s case for him. He was born in America and everything else is a political question that cannot be resolved by an Administrative Hearing.
