Vanity: Will Palin's FB piece on GOP-E and Newt be reported on?
VMIVol00

Posted on 01/28/2012 6:36:01 AM PST by vmivol00

Has anyone other than Freerepublic published Sarah Palin's latest piece on Facebook regarding the GOP-E, Mittens, and Newt?

I really think it could help Newt....so I'm guessing that means no one outside of FR will report on it. I have to think Palin's pseudo-endorsement in SC helped push Newt over the top. In guessing the Romneybots, and the GOP-E are pissing their pants at the thought of this story getting out.

All this being said, I'm really glad she wrote it, but her timing was poor. Typically the DC folks dump documents and stories on Friday nights to minimize the number of folks who see it. Somehow this story needs to be front and center on Monday morning.

If Romney ends up as the nominee, there is no way I can vote for him. If we are going to have a gun grabbing socialist in the Whitehouse, I would rather it be a Democrat. I am conservative first and GOP second. I refuse to vote for the architect of socialized medicine in America. By pushing Romney, the GOP is showing how out of touch they are with the people. I am predicting the end of GOP as conservatives know it. This election has proven that we are no longer welcome in the GOP. I can only hope that Palin and some of the Tea Party House members will hand together to start something new.

If Romney were the GOP candidate and you didn't vote for him, then you would be voting for both a gun grabbing socialist and the architect of socialized medicine in America and the one who is actually implementing it.

Yeah, nothing like cutting off the nation's nose to spite the GOP.

” ... Britain 1940 ...”

You are right in your analysis - not right on the solution; Romney is not the answer.

The answer is - lets dump some tea and soon. I live in New York State and the milquetoast Pataki mentalilty just leads to the next Cuomo.

Let’s fight!!!

Staying at home in protest is the same as surrendering the field.

Stop using this same old lame ass GOP argument every election. YOU are the one being led to the slaughter by the (lesser of two evils) ring in your nose. Wake up! The same old direction to more erosion won't cut it any longer. This election is the last chance to change that direction. One more moderate is all it will take, and the party is over for America. It's an all or nothing moment. Choose wisely.

Just having an "R" as your affiliation, is no longer an acceptable minimum standard. The problems we face are immense and fatal. That day has come.

“I am predicting the end of GOP as conservatives know it.”

When we finally leave the GOP (it may not be imminent but it is inevitable) I predict the end of the GOP. The rump will carry on as a declining regional party until it merges with it’s stronger sister, the Democrat Party. Then they will get clever and begin the infiltration of the liberty and Constitution based party that we will have formed.

“The ideal strategery would still be to take over the GOP and give the RINOs the choice of getting to the back of the bus or to just get under it.”

But it is not working, is it? Instead, the GOP has almost completely suffocated the TEA Party movement, and has certainly sapped its momentum. The nomenklatura may be worried, but they still control both parties and direct them towards the same ends. Hows that Hensarling working out for you?

I did not say that Romney is the answer. I do not support him and will not vote for him in the nominating process.

My point is that if the GOP does nominate Romney or somebody similar then we will be left with the realistic option of him or four more years, four years which would guarantee an activist, marxist SCOUTS and lead to destruction of America as we know it.

To stay home in that circumstance is tantamount to enabling that destruction. Voting for the GOP choice, however distasteful, buys time.

What we do with that time would determine if we pull back from the precipice and reverse course or if we have just delayed the fall over the edge...a fall from which there could be no redemption.

But, to surrender the field would be just that.....surrender.

Thanks for the spelling correction of “fasist.”. The GOP RINO establishmentarianism makes me so mad I could spit. This fact does not help my spelling skills, LOL.

I solved the whole problem. I left the USA and live abroad, although I would love to come back and fight fascism.

If one must live in a nationalist socialist banana republic, why not at least just go to the tropics instead of staying in the cold climate of the USA?

EFF the RINOS , and Obama, Eff them royally.

Romney and Obama are distinctions without a difference. If Romney epitomizes what you oppose and you vote for him anyway, you have sold your soul. For nothing. Not one thing.

Assuming Romney is the GOP candidate then a better analogy is that we are Norway in 1940. Rallying behind “our guy” is rallying behind Vidkun Quisling.

This choice without an option for the distinction without a difference is by design. Obama must not remain in the Whitehouse and Romney must never arrive.

Lets hope we have time for a term limit fight, but the odds are that we do not. Obama means to bring the country into civil disorder if he does poorly in the polls during his campaign.

And if that happens all bets on whether we will even have an election in November will be “off.”

“We conservatives are a people without a party.”

No, we’re in a fight for control of the party.

In 2010, more than 700 patriots were elected to state legislatures under the Republican brand. This effectively gave patriots control of 26 states. This has the DC fascist elites scared sh*tless.

The Tea Party was very effective in that election and will be again in 2012.

This is our farm team and it’s a good one. These people wil be moving into national politics over the next 10 years and need our support.

Let’s do that, okay?

There is a problem with the tea party and how it doesn’t fit with the goals of the Grand Old Bastards. But that problem is not perfectly matched to this election. Maybe the Entrenched Old Schmucks want Romney. But Romney is not an establishment republican. He’s more of a RINO than McCain ever was, and that’s saying something. And Newt is not your perfect Tea Party candidate. He has the fight in him but it’s not always in our direction. He’s worrisome enough for Palin to not double down on him.

This is a toughie. To go with the strongest debater? Or the strongest conservative? Tea parters will not vote the RINO. One has much higher negatives and that means people could be loathe to vote for him. Everyone wants the best for America, but not everyone knows which man will achieve it.

I will not stay home, but I will not support or vote for a POS like Romney.

Why is ok in your mind to support a socialist, gun grabber, who routinely appointed liberal judges, distanced himself from Reagan, supported Planned Parenthood, donated to and supported liberal candidates just because he has an R behind his name?

You have been trained well.

Continuing to support liberal candidates that belong in a Dem primary who masquerading as conservatives is liking the GOP and conservative momentum. That in turn is killing the US.

Brainless people who continually support who their GOP masters tell them to are the problem.

I will not support the continued destruction of the US by a candidate in either party. If you think a Romney Presidency will be substantially different from an Obama Presidency you have been fooled.

Take a look at Romney’s record. He has passed more restrictive gun control than Zero ever has. Additionally he was the first to implement socialized healthcare in America.

So tell me how is Romney any different? Show me where his record is any different from Zero’s.
