Newt Gingrich to Appear at Tea Party Forum in Winter Park Saturday
Sunshine State News ^ | January 28, 2012 | Kenric Ward'

Posted on 01/28/2012 6:44:55 AM PST by Cincinatus' Wife

Newt Gingrich will attend a presidential candidate forum Saturday in Winter Park, site of a tea party rally.

The rally, one of three events by Tea Party Express today, will be held in front of Aloma Church at 1:30 p.m. The church is at 1815 State Road 436.

It is also the location for the First Awake! Presidential Candidate Forum and Q&A. So far, Gingrich is the only candidate who has committed to attend.

Amy Kremer, head of Tea Party Express, said her group's bus tour, which started in Jacksonville Saturday morning, will make its third and final stop of the day in West Palm Beach, at 1302 Parker Ave.

The bus tour continues Sunday. See itinerary here.

“This is a great opportunity to inform the American people that there is a free-market solution to get the economy on the right track and that the president’s actions have not accomplished what he has promised,” Kremer concluded

Maybe a law issue....DOn’t political packs have to be registered and audited.

OTOH the MSM wants us to believe that Romney has the tea-party support: heard it both on CNN and Faux this morning.

You will notice on the crate that Gingrich knew that the Tea Party was in 1773.

As Sarah said, It's time to "party like it's 1773".

Just heard back from Patricia Sullivan (Tea Party head in Fla) who said she’s forwarding the pic to her contacts. ;)

If Sarah set foot in Florida at a TP rally the next two days Newt would win. I am not even sure she can because of Fox but it would be “Game ON.”

So the AP is attacking Santorum? Who’s surprised by that?

I do love that Newt’s campaign is already lining up to blame Santorum IF he were to lose. Seriously, if you’re a great candidate, then people WANT to vote for you. If they don’t, then it’s not a slight on your competition, it’s a reflection on YOUR candidacy.

Honestly, Romney pulls 25% consistently. If you can’t win just over ONE THIRD of the other 75% to beat him, then how do you expect to beat Obama???

not watched Greta for some time but always liked her. She always was fair to all and it is hard to see which side she is on and for that find it refreshing in these days. FOX has lost me, Kelly and her pro homosexual pro cross dressing agenda, Hannity the fake conservative who seems to never mention social issues and loves to bring his elitist liberal pals on. FOX just hired which is sick a homosexual activist Soros media matters stooge, WTH is that about, last I saw of her she sits there pulling faces at people because they have a different view and she had no personality at all so I find it really strange why FOX hires a Soros media matters stooge O.R BIG MOUTH \Friends at the weekend , can't stand, just like little children and horse face scrawny Alyson loves herself Friends in the week, Gretchen seems more and more conservative on social issues, Doocy does not say much and Kilmeade is a flake Hemmer, Bolling and Greta are really the only ones worth anytime on FOX now.

It would appear that Newt Gingrich is the father of the modern Tea Party Movement.

I have one question for you Newt supporters.

If Newt can’t be trusted to keep his own Wedding Vows, why do you think he can be trusted to keep his Oath of Office?

Voting politics over principles only gets you unprincipled politicians. It NEVER results in the opposite. If we can’t grasp this simple truth and continue to select politicians with no core principles, then no amount of reform is going to help the GOP and it’s time to strike the tent for good.

I’m not throwing my support to Romney, but I’m not settling for a lying, cheating, whoremonger who can’t even keep his own wedding vows. He’s proven to be untrustworthy in his private life, that eliminates him from trust in his public life.

It has been very uplifting to read all the positive responses in this thread about Newt. Especially the ones on the battlefront in Florida. I will make another donation to Newts campaign today to help Newt in the final push for Florida. GO NEWT GO!

Avalon. Name ONE time when Newt did not keep his promises to voters when he served in Congress.

If anything, Romney flip flopping all the time on issues means HE cannot keep a promise to even stick to ANY set of core beliefs.

By thinking this way, you will ENSURE Romney’s re-election. Then what do you get?

Get real. You have to.

If I am not mistaken, newt’s been with the same woman and same wife for well over a decade now. No one is excusing his past, but the pros severely outweigh the cons at this stage of the battle.

“If Newt can’t be trusted to keep his own Wedding Vows, why do you think he can be trusted to keep his Oath of Office?”

I have two questions for you:
1) King Solomon had many wives. KingAhab was faithful to one. Which was the king who enjoyed God’s favor?
2) On a secular note, President Reagan was divorced and remarried. President Carter is still married to his first wife. Which man was the better president.

I have two more questions for ALL of the sanctimonious, skivvies sniffing prigs out there:
1) Which one of you is sinless?
2) Pursuant to the above question, are you now going to throw that stone you are clutching, or are you just going to stand there and bleed?

Answer like your soul depends on it, because it just might.

At this stage of the battle, votes for Santorum translate into a win for Romney. It’s clear.

And a win for Romney means either the milktoast middle of the road mindset prevails. This means NOTHING gets done to advance conservatism. Nothing.

If a Romney win translates into a win for Obama, the pro-life cause will be all but SILENCED. Already Catholic healthcare institutions are being forced to prescribe birth control pills against their will among other evil injustices. What would be next?

I can’t even imagine what would be next. It would be the triumph of the Culture of Death, perhaps for decades. What they do we say to the unborn? What do you say to your children, who will be saddled with debt for the rest of their lives? What do you say to our elders, who will face dwindling healthcare resources and a culture that says to them: you are useless after whatever age WE dictate as the cutoff. Now, take this pill and go home.

Romney wins and we conservatives are OUT of the fight.

Please, think it through.

Newt is taking the ground game, and with Rick no longer distracting the conservatives, Newt’s numbers will climb.

Good Lord, I hope you're right.

I look at the Coptic Christians in Egypt, and I can’t help but think — will this be the fate of Christians in America someday?

I’ve always felt it would be, with how our culture is changing. We are essentially killing ourselves with our inability to unite and fight this. And ironically, Newt is the ONE candidate who states one of his main reasons for running is to battle anti-Christian bigotry going on in our country.

It’s really frightening.

Are you aware that wife number one put her claws in him when he was but sixteen, got pregnant and he did the honorable thing and married her. Today she would be in jail.

Wife two has a large FBI file which states she was “mentally unstable” She would have been in jail if the charges against her weren't dropped with a plea agreement.
( Got caught in Paris selling “?????” influence)

Wife number three got him involved in the church. Both of the previous marriages were annulled. He became Catholic and takes communion. God's grace. Do you believe in it?
