How many babies died as a result of Mitt’s policies?

He was pro-choice as recently as 2002!!

Newt has been pro-life all the way, everyday, since his beginnings.

There is NO comparison on this issue!!!!

Look folks, the mass of today’s voters are going to vote just before the closing poll hours!!! I never give up!!! LIke Yoga Berra says, “it ain’t over ‘till its over!!!”.

So..... we should all get on Free Republic and instead of yaking about this or that, we should all post & urge our fellow voters to get out to the polls and vote for Newt Gingrich in massive numbers!!! Please, your country is at stake!!! Do it, if not for yourselves, but....for your children, your grandchildren and American children yet to come!!! God Bless America, & Thank you!!!

Yes, I do recall that.

And, Bob Taft (Governor of OH) was leaving office under a big cloud.

But, I couldn't wait to vote against Strickland (for Ken Blackwell).

I would have thought that Republicans in Pa would be anxious to vote Fast Eddie out of office as well.

What surprised me most that night was how early both elections were called for the Dems.

One thing that I do know is that the color of skin does not seem to matter to the conservatives posting on FR.

It would be great to have a patriot like Allen West on the ticket!

“Florida Primary Election Map
By JOHN KEEFE
WNYC

The map on this page shows not only who’s winning in each of the state’s 67 counties, but, using Patchwork Nation, it shows how the candidates are doing in each of Florida’s 10 types of county -– from the wealthy Monied ‘Burbs to the metropolitan Immigration Nation counties. It will fill in with data as the results from the primary come in. NOTE: the county types represent registered Republicans only.

UGH indeed!

I was looking at new dishwashers once, I asked the very young salesman a simple question on something about the machine (I pretty well knew the answer), but as I was looking him square in the eye, he started babbling STUFF.lol

Finally I stopped him and said "Your making all that up, right, you really don't have an idea what it does?" He nodded his head, yes. rofl. Didn't buy from him.

I went to vote about 1 PM and yes it was a steady stream. It didn’t take long so about 10 cars came and went while I was there.

We are eastern Beachside Florida and this area is quite Republican so large numbers can vote. Early and absentee vote numbers are considerable. I stayed for about an hour with my sign near the main highway. 3 for Newt and 0 for any other. 40-50 cars that hour is my guess.

I am sorry so many of my contacts changed to Independent or No Affiliation during the past few years. I do not have as many people to recruit anymore.

I hope the combined vote against Romney will be great. That may send a message to other states that “Anybody But Romney” was the reason.

I think there were about 8 names still on the ballot...that may confuse some people. ( Bachmann, Perry, Cain, etc.)

I sincerely believe that even if Mitt wins FL, it's all downhill for him.

The Tea Party people are livid at the elites. Moving forward Mitt and the GOP-e only have lies and smears to use against Newt.

I have seen Newt get better and better at connecting with people and contrasting himself with Obama. He is only improving as time goes on because at his core he believes what he says.

Mitt is struggling to keep up the facade of acting like a Conservative.

When Newt states you have a choice between those who believe in the Constitution and those who follow Saul Alinsky, he is setting a road map to easily flank Mitt in the upcoming primaries and to then go on to destroy Obama.

People are looking for a fighter. As more people see Newt passionately defending America and it's Constitution they will come see Mitt only as the "Great Pretender.

I would tell Mitt and his elitist supporters, enjoy today, because it's only downhill from here on out.

“I have often wondered if they would vote for a black Republican over a white Democrat, which would matter more? Party or color?”

I say that most blacks would vote for the Dem candidate over the black Republican.

Blacks talk a good game about wanting to get “their own” elected to public office. But if faced with a quality black candidate (like Allen West), they’ll vote Dem. First and foremost, they want their freebies.

Rush just closed out his show for the day with a plug for Santorum. Rush received a call reminding that it took Romney 45 mins in his debate with Kennedy to find a point of disagreement. Rush came back at closing to remind also that at one time Newt had debate JFnK, and agreed with him on Global Warming. Rush went on to say (parahrase): No one is innocent. They are all guilty of breaching conservatism ... all except Santorum” END OF SHOW

Well, Rush, I betcha you could ask Sen. Toomey about Santorum’s breach of conservatism.

Guaranteed most blacks would vote for a white democrat over a black conservative. Black conservatives are hated for being uncle toms and ‘acting white’.

And... I'll betcha you could ask Sen. Toomey about Sen. Toomey's breach of conservatism (his pre-office support of DADT repeal).

“Guaranteed most blacks would vote for a white democrat over a black conservative.”

And that is a shame because many of the leading black conservatives (Allen West, JC Watts, etc) weren’t exactly born with a silver spoon in their mouths. They worked hard to get where they got. Eveverything they got, they earned.

A sizable segment of the black community would do well if they started listening to columnists like Walter Williams or community activist Barb Davis-White.

In the case of the latter, she’s a black conservative here in the Twin Cities. Educated, smart and well-reasoned.

No one’s perfect, but for me and thee; however, Toomey beats all hell out of Arlen Specter, does he not ?

I understand what Santorum did re Specter/Toomey, but Rush’s cheap shot closing was inaccurate, and reflected what Rush didn’t have the courage to say outright. Very disappointing. Why wouldn’t he just say he was for Santorum; it’s perfectly logical. Levin at least came out and said he’d vote for Santorum (if he could, but he can’t). Ultimately, I don’t think endorsements are ‘worth a hill of beans.’

Thanks for that map!

Interesting that my area is called Military not retiree or something else. NASA, the Air Station as well as Patrick AFB seem to outnumber Port Canaveral, Harris Corp and about three new cities along I-95, tourists, as well as Merritt Island, Melbourne, Cocoa and Cocoa Beach. It is a big long
county!

I have saved the map and will check on it tonight. I may not be able to stand the Media. I wanted to go to Newt's Orlando Party but too many hours to leave a new puppy.
