Is there something in this bill that abolishes unions or gives employers the option to ban union activities in shops that are already union? I have some facebook friends who are hyperventilating that they are going to lose their jobs because they are union. My cousin even called me names and de-friended me over this. Any 411 on this would be helpful.
RTW doesn’t abolish unions it just says that no worker can be forced to join a union as a condition of employment.
I see that JPG answered your question but I’m sure your cousin’s union told them they would lose their jobs over RTW. Gotta keep the gullible in line.
