My older brother got tied up with a jump rope in one of the elementary grades. She also took the class out to her trailer for a field trip and showed them where she kept her gun. Times have really changed.

That teacher should be fired immediately and the parents are totally right in filing charges against him/her.

I wish all the teachers did when I was in school was throw pencils. I had several months when I was in 5th and 6th grade where I had trouble sitting thanks to “Mr. Clark”, and I thank him to this day. Amen. For me it was 7th through the 9th grade. Builds character. We are raising a nation of whimpering crybabies now days. Stories like this makes me want to scream 'FOR CRYING OUT LOUD'.
