The Mormons still have polygamy as the most important doctrine in their religion

d&c 132 is still their doctrine

they call it “first principle”

and its necessary in their beliefs for a man to be a polygamist in order to become a god and have his own planet of many young concubines

Mainstream LDS officially gave up polygamy as a price for the admission of Utah into the Union. Obviously there are still practitioners out there in the fringe.
