Woman Tasered in Front of Daughter After Cutting McDonalds Drive-Thru Line

Employees at the McDonalds in Hope Mills, N.C., refused to serve Evangeline Lucca and told her to go to the back of the line. Lucca, 37, refused to move, and blocked the drive-thru for 20 minutes before police arrived on the scene, authorities said.
When deputies arrived, Lucca was "defiant," "would not get off McDonalds property," and was "threatening the deputies," according to Debbie Tanna, a public information officer for the Cumberland County Sherriff's Office.

"Two or three officers entered the car with her and started trying to forcibly drag her out of the car, and that's when you could hear the clicking sound of the Taser one time," Rich told the Fay Observer. "They pulled on her a couple of times, and then they Tased her again, and when they Tased her the second time, she just flopped out of the car like a fish."

And how many of the people crowing this kind of thing would be in a personal swivet if they felt their own authority in the eyes of their child was being undermined?
There’s always two sides to the story.
If you read a post above, it’s seems the lady has done it in the past regularly. Rewarding bad behavior is never a good thing.

The original story said she’s done this a few times. She must be driving around cars that are stopped at the intercom and pulling right up to the window. Another one of those people who’s more important than everyone else in the world.

I'm having a hard time picturing that as well. Every drive through line I've ever been in has been bumper to bumper as it moves along. She must be one heck of an aggressive driver.
She pulled straight up to window #2 (where you receive your order) and demanded to place an order there. Sounds like it has worked for her in the past and McD's finally got sick of it. Good for them!
Personally, seeing this bitch get tazed and flopping like a fish would've made my 20 minute wait all the worthwhile.
Did the waiting customers behave all that badly when they made their demand to let the line move? McDonalds should have its own tasers if the typical delays associated with calling police are any indication. They could always have called in a report on her license plate even if serving her hamburger. Discretion is the better part of valor.
“JUST SERVE THE DAMN LADY AND LET THE LINE MOVE AGAIN!”
This is exactly what these obnoxious a holes count on to keep getting away with their behavior.
They are bullies and know their minority status will win them a settlement unjustly because they will whine and have flocks of unethical lawyers taking their case for free.
It’s going to keep getting worse.
But if they serve her, she will ALWAYS cut into line, then OTHERS will cut into line, etc, etc.
Police were correct to zap her. She will sue for millions, of course, and win.
So cutting into line makes you a millionaire.
Good thing she didn't cut in front of them at the Dunkin' Donuts. She'd be deader than a German Shepherd at the wrong address.

Even being able to do that seems to indicate less than maximum density at the time, because otherwise as cars leave the pickup window others are right on their bumper. But I’m sure the line quickly built up to where it was spilling out on the street while this p*ssing contest was taking place. I still say serve the b*tch AND call the police.
Give each of them a shot at her with the taser and all will be well.
Settlement schmettlement! Anyone who should get an apology and maybe a token coupon, it’s the innocent people who were made to wait when they didn’t have to. SERVE the b*tch (so she leaves the window) but ALSO call the cops on her surreptitiously.
Very funny when some had hasty schedules to meet.

A parent, using their own authority, to teach repetitively their child the proper approach in life is to push and shove and create stinks in public, needs to have their knees capped. IMHO. Tasering is just icing on top. Also, IMHO.
