You may believe that and be happy to state it like it’s a fact, but even your own links disprove it really is a fact.
I don’t agree and have posted links to reports and studies that show it’s not quite so.
You believe what you want and I’ll believe what I know.
As a Catholic I see it from the inside and not just saying things I assume.
I see too many on FR who like bashing Catholics and find it interesting they are allowed to do that.
You and I can post antagonistic like posts like this...
"You believe what you want and Ill believe what I know." or "As a Catholic I see it from the inside and not just saying things I assume."
Or we can agree to be rational and objective. As you know nothing of what I know, or have seen.
As far as FR "allowing bashing".....of anything..FR allows what the owner allows. Period.
You’re asking for something that you yourself are failing to provide. Your links are no more proof than those posted by me. Mine are just as valid as yours. And the fact you “think” you know what Catholics do based on some relatives you have is a poor example of you having all the facts.
I’m being rational. I asked you for proof of what you claim and you post some quick links that gave some journalists thoughts on data that may or may not show a fact. I did the same showing that Catholics vote Republican in normal percentages to the rest of religions and by percentages of society. You ignore this because you believe that Catholics are strong supporters of the Democrats. It is you who are not being rational because you seem to be having a dislike for Catholics and wish to paint them in a bad light. As do quite a few here on FR.
I know little about what you know or have seen, but your knowing or seeing something doesn’t give you the right to belittle a religion based on hearsay or opinions.
You know nothing of what I know or what I’ve seen either. I know more about the Catholic religion in Iowa than you probably do in your state. I attend church with my family and have many friends who are strong Catholics and I know which party they support and what they vote as.
So are you saying that I’m irrational and nonobjective because I won’t let you dictate to me what it is to be Catholic by your definition?
Are you a liberal? That’s how they believe too.
Last night FNC was over the top funny. They really, really, really did not want to call Colorado for Santorum.
Ummmmm...Jack, I never posted a link to you.
I most certainly did post some links to you....
Old thread...and I got confused.
Carry on......
