Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. George Washington

I thought your post was stone cold true, though. He is an effing idiot, from Effing.
WHERE THE HELL IS RICK PERRY? He should hold an immediate press conference with the Mayor of Medina Valley and Superintendent of Schools, and simply announce that students may say whatever they want to say, including the Lord’s Prayer or any other prayer they wish to utter. Perry needs to announce that under the 1st and 10th Amendments, no Federal judge has ANY jurisdiction over a state or locality on matters of religion. Perry should read the 1st Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion...”. CONGRESS, not a state. And then he should read the 10th Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” PERIOD. Perry should then announce he is officially nullifying the judge’s ruling, and that any subsequent orders from that judge to local police or TX troopers will be countermanded by the Mayor and Perry himself. Perry should conclude by saying the judge is a disgrace to his office, and should resign or be impeached. This could begin a massive, nationwide blowback against these unconstitutional, dictatorial rulings from the Federal bench, at the behest of anti-American activists. And it would be a valuable civics lesson for young Americans.
He’s still trying to locate his cajones :^)
