Severe cold wave conditions over west, northwest and central India saw the minimum temperature go below normal by 4-8 degrees C on Thursday. This frequent cold wave condition experienced by the country this year definitely makes it among the coldest winters in the past years, said IMD Director General Ajit Tyagi.

In other words, from brutally, baking hot and stifling to the point it’s difficult even to breathe to, “Maybe I should put on a sweater today...”
Mother nature giving a fitting middle finger to our northeast glowbull warming moonbats, with probably the warmest winter on record.
up near 50 today, mid to upper 40’s next week.. all in the middle of February!
If they had American aircraft, it wouldn’t get so cold.
Otherwise tropical Mumbai has a February average low of 63F. Now having lows of 48F.
I would guess that few have the means to heat their homes in this city, which is bigger than NYC.
