It may be a clever line intended to confuse. However, if corporations were not considered the same as people, they would not be taxed on earnings. Those earnings would be taxed at the corporate shareholder level. The poorly educated don’t understand that.

It's funny, but I don't believe business entities are mentioned in the Bill of Rights or the Constitution.

Am I wrong?
