A great book, nicely ties the sloppy "science" of Michael Mann with the greater effort to blame mankind for phantom environmental ills.
There was really only cogitator The other believers were not as knowledgable as him. I have now taken up one of cogitator’s tasks which is to correct the more outlandish claims of alternative physics (e.g. CO2 doesn’t cause warming, etc). There are enough problems in science without grasping at incomplete theories out of left field.
Al Gore will stick to his mantra that this is settled science.
#1 - lets just say that Newt is “more a sucker”... do we really want someone who will knee-jerk bail off 100% into something so blindly and with so many well-known conflicting evidence available?
#2 - has he REALLY “seen through the lies”? From what I have read, his latest book had to be held up at the very last minute to remove the final chapter which promoted AGW... And lest we forget (yes I realize this is from the LASlimes) he does have a book on the way:
